Consistently inconsistent, Reg. From previous experience, I have had water bottles taken off me, but I've also had just the lid removed and I've got in with a full bottle too.

There is water available for free on the concourses and you can take an empty transparent plastic bottle in that is 500ml or under . But put the lid in your pocket .

Wishing all Shots fans a safe journey from wherever in the world you are travelling from. For me, having watched the Shots since 1967, the thought that I'm going to be watching an Aldershot game alongside the most fellow Shots fans since I did when we played Carlisle in the FA Cup 4th Round way back in 1970, to be honest it's quite some prospect. And it may just be that that number of 18000 plus at the Rec back then, may just be surpassed tomorrow. I can't wait
