Match thread v Yeovil

Post by redandbluescb »

Over 3000 tickets sold too cheer the wembley boys on their way.
Should be a good crowd with pay on the day supporters added.
Very important to play into some form before next Sunday. C.O.Y.S.

Crowd close to 4,000 with Yeovil bringing 400 odd I reckon.

Not for me, my season ended with the rubbish performances of the last few weeks. Girona v Mallorca in la Liga for me, flights £50 return, tickets €15euro and a day in the Spanish sunshine.

Do you not stay a night? How exhausted are you the following day?

Sounds like a lot of fun though!

Amazed so many people want to go, we're really not very good.

I assume 3000 tickets sold includes away support, so really it's 2600ish home, which seems about right seeing the amount of unsold seats, especially in the south stand

Not usually, we have an 0700 flight Tuesday. Normally though do out and back same day can be tiring but usually ok

No different to leaving at 6 am and getting back 11 /12 in the evening going somewhere like Hartlepool/Gateshead . I have a mate who lives in Berlin and still manges 80% of Brighton games home and away

I would say this is almost a must win game given our current form. This is not the form you want to be in going into a cup final. Spennymoor next week are favourites IMO. We need a boost!

Agree with that. Must get some winning mentality and form. It’ll take the shine off our day in the sun if we put up a poor show.

A win would be great but the most important result is a good performance to set us up with confidence for Wembley.

So we can help by backing our team 100%.

Nope, in fact it’s less tiring than driving to one of those games. One of the cops on my shift is half German and is a Bayern season ticket holder.
