Millionaire buyout…
Millionaire buyout…

Multi- millionaire couple buy out local football club, with ambitions of “doing a Wrexham”…
Think we’ve heard this before somewhere..
There are no plans to build housing anywhere on the 20 acre site….
That’s all right, then.

They won't do a Wrexham, but they are good guys. Really proud of what Scott and Barrie have achieved in the the local community, level headed and lovely with it.

Absolutely, that's got Tamplin 2.0 written all over it.Kingfield Ender wrote: ↑Mon Feb 10, 2025 3:03 pm That article screams PROPERTY DEAL

I'm sure they'll bring some success to M+T, they've already prised Elliot Justham away from Dagenham and signed highly experienced striker Gary Hooper.

Re: Millionaire buyout…
Bit naughty there Chimpster
We're at Southend on Tuesday so why not pop in and see them at their Chelmsford office, Scott and Barrie I'm sure would give you an audience.
To align them with Tamplin is may I add respectfully "Beyond contempt"
They have done an enormous amount of charity work locally and have built up a business not withstanding the initial predudices they suffered.
I would have them at Aldershot tomorrow.

He’s looked past it playing for Barnet and then Kettering the last few seasons.
If you look at his career, he’s not done a lot since he was younger playing for Scunny, Celtic and Sheff Weds, years ago!
