I've just offered my next door neighbour £20 to try out her new stair lift…

I really think she is going to take me up on it!

How do you tell what gender an ant is?

Put it in water. If it sinks, it's a girl ant. If it floats it's buoyant!

Marriage is like a deck of cards. In the beginning all you need is two hearts and a diamond, but by the end you'll wish you had a club and a spade!

Once upon a time there was a King who was only 12 inches tall.

He was a terrible King but he made a great ruler...

Got a part time job in Costa Coffee. It doesn’t pay much, but the “percs” are good……

It’s so hot outside I thought I’d ask my 90 year old neighbour if she needed anything from the shops. Turns out she did! So I gave her my list too - no point us both going out in this heatwave 👍🏻

The old saying goes "You can please some of the people some of the time, but you will never please all the people all the time." In fact sometimes it seems impossible to even please some of the people any of the time

I went Speed Dating once,

"Have you got any pets?", one girl asked.

"Yeah, a goldfish"

"Any hobbies?", she said

"Yes", he loves swimming.."

HEATWAVE LATEST...
... Councils across the UK rejoice after melting roads begin to fill in their own potholes.
Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy ****....What a ride!"
