Ahead of this weekend's Isuzu FA Trophy Semi-Final against Aldershot Town, we would like to remind supporters Woking FC expects the highest standard of behaviour from all supporters.

The Club will not tolerate inappropriate behaviour or language that compromises the reputation of the club or causes offence.

Any supporters involved in such incidents will be subject to immediate Club bans, reported to the Police and risk refusal to the Wembley Final on Sunday 11th May 2025 should Woking FC win.

There will be a heavy police presence at the game and enhanced security checks will be conducted upon entry into the EBB Stadium.

Please be advised that any supporter caught trying to gain entry into the Stadium, or found to be responsible for deploying such items as smoke bombs, fireworks, flares or any other pyrotechnics will receive a non-negotiable lifetime ban.

Note this is also a Criminal Offence and likely that culprits will receive a football banning order via the Courts.

The Red Lion is the designated away supporters pub in Aldershot for this game. The pub opens at 8am with food and drink facilities. Please note no other pubs in Aldershot will accept away fans on this day.

Aldershot Town vs Woking
FA Trophy Semi Final
Saturday 5th April 2025
12:30 Kick-Off

Woking travel to local rivals Aldershot Town for a one-off semi final in which the winner will go to Wembley to play the FA Trophy final.

Neither side has been to the ‘new’ Wembley yet, with the Shots yet to ever get to Wembley including both old and phoenix club, whilst Woking haven’t been since the 90s glory days when they won this competition three times.

All that, and form, goes out the window when it comes to Saturday, as the Shots and Cards do battle in probably the biggest edition of this derby yet.

Several cup tied players, such as Chin Okoli, Sam Ashford and Josh Osude all played in midweek to save the legs on the likes of Tariq Hinds, Dan Moss and Timi Odusina, who will all probably start at the EBB Stadium.

Opposition Watch
The Shots have had an interesting run to the semi finals, having won all their games outright thus far without the need for penalties. Wealdstone, Chertsey Town, Boreham Wood and Sittingbourne have all been beaten, with only the Stones managing to score, whilst Chertsey took an 8-0 scoreline back to Surrey.

Needless to say, this game in front of over 7000 spectators will be a completely different test altogether. In what has been a frustrating season for the Shots, who have shown good form recently to drag themselves out of trouble, but have struggled to follow on from their playoff pushing 2023/24 season, this could be the icing on the cake for Tommy Widdrington, who recently celebrated two years in charge.

The Shots made several changes to their side in a 2-0 win over AFC Fylde on Tuesday night, meaning they will have plenty of fresh bodies for this one, and will no doubt be buoyed by the form of attacking midfielders Josh Barrett and James Henry. 15 in 34 league games for Barrett represents his best ever return at NL level, including that free kick against the Cards on Boxing Day, whilst veteran Henry has 13 to his name as the Shots have rediscovered their free scoring touch.

Around the Ground
The EBB Stadium is completely sold out , with 1400 Woking tickets sold in quick time.

There are limited spaces on the Cards Trust coach, contact Adam Bowyer for further details.

The away pub is the Red Lion, which will be open to Woking fans from 8am.

We encourage fans to get to the ground early due to the extra security measures in place for this fixture.

Last Time Out
Boxing Day’s 2-2 draw saw goals from Harry Beautyman and Frank Vincent cancelled out by Tyler Frost and Josh Barrett.

Woking FC encourages our fans to wear as much yellow as possible to this Saturday’s Isuzu FA Trophy Semi-final at the EBB Stadium.

The Club wants to see a sea of yellow in the away end at this weekend's fixture!

Whether it is a shirt, scarf, hat, balloons or confetti, please bring, wear and display as much yellow as you can. Get behind the squad and help push them onto Wembley.

A reminder that fans can enjoy 15% off our Adidas range at present, including this season's yellow away shirt*.

Please note all pyrotechnics and smoke bombs, yellow or not, are strictly prohibited.

As always, we thank you for your fantastic support in advance and we will see you all on Saturday.

*Whilst stocks last.

I believe it finished 9-8 on penalties. Drama like that tomorrow would be exciting and nerve-wracking in equal measure. lol.

I see our young lads were 3-1 up with just 20 minutes to go before conceding a penalty and Hartley then forced an equaliser

Credit where it’s due, the club deserve a pat on the back for what they are doing to make it a great day tomorrow. The communication has been excellent & greatly improved from the winter games that got postponed.

Well done to shahid & the BOD AND to the volunteers who have worked hard over the last few weeks to get it done . 👏👏👏

Now let’s hope for some good news when I get back to Gatwick tomorrow 🙏
:D In my humble opinion..Just saying
