Good job they don't sack you each time things don't go right in your job?
Get with the programme Geoff, we’ve won 25% of our league games, how long who you have lasted if you only stuck 25% of your letters in the right letter boxes?
I would have got a bonus, never managed more than 10% into the correct boxes!
You must be my postie then

It depends what you consider "Good" at the start of the season if have said play-offs....Now I'd be happy with a trip to Wembley and avoiding relegation.

not having any negativity after that, makes me wonder if anyone understands football. You don't always get what you deserve. That was a really good shift by the team and 9/10 you'll get a win playing like that.

Played 1 up front against a part-time back line that couldn't kick the ball straight. ... do we even scout these teams?

Based on David Smalleys comments pre-Braintree, i assume not

If you play 2 up you lose a man behind where the game's won or lost. Who are you taking off, Barrett? Henry?

Tamworth didn't use the midfield all day, so yes

thought everyone did well today. Dewhurst made some very good saves late on to prevent disaster, thought Armitage was outstanding and Woodhouse obviously very good winning balls in their box. Having two proper defenders at the back is night and day compared to what we've been seeing to this point, it's like a different team. Olly Scott good, too. Theo's best game for ages as well, played with his head up.

The only challenge I'd have is at wing back. I don't think AJ is fast or athletic enough to be a modern wing back and Tyler kept cutting in when their right back was there for the taking. So Ryan Jones on the left and Frost on the right might have been good. Otherwise can't fault anyone today, terrific performance.

So we're playing one central midfielder are we? Ok.

You have to score more at one end than the opposition and concede less at the other.
We did neither so a draw is what we deserved.

Times up for TW for me now. Management of the game was just all wrong. How he thinks Mullins is going to make any positive impact is baffling and how the midfield pairing of Hargreaves and Theo stayed for the full 90 is just shocking. Hargreaves was worse than Theo today which I never thought I’d say. Barrett thinks he’s Messi now and can take the ball round everyone which alone probably wasted ten chances.

Tamworth were another awful team which we’ve yet again failed to beat. Typical that everyone gets overexcited after beating a completely out of form Oldham. We are failing to beat the teams around us and the football is not improving. We are still yet to play teams below us and I don’t want to take the chance of having this manager in charge for these games because then we really will be in trouble.

Someone wasn't doing their job and allowed the free header for their first and Dewhurst should have saved their second.

the mistake there was AJ giving them a throw there. He knew it as soon as he put it out too.
