Agreed, Woking very non league which is not surprising as they were a literal recreation ground team/park side outfit before Chappell and their FA Cup exploits of the 70's. Today truly showed the potential Aldershot Town has and its very much a league side in all but status, can't believe we are lower in the pyramid than the likes of Harrogate, Morecambe, Burton, Accrington, Crawley, and more. Brilliant day, great Management and team performance!

Beautyman's red was slightly harsh but he did show intent and quite a few refs would have given it. Effiong's elbow throw on Ellison was as clear a red as you'll ever see and they got away with it. Swings and roundabouts.

Thought our back three were immense, would love us to sign them all up!! In particular, young Armitage had a stormer up against Effiong. Credit to Theo, since he returned he's been decent and I hope it's a permanent change of attitude in the lad. A few were off it, but given the occasion I'm pointing no fingers.

What a day it's been!! Probably my best ever in my 44 years as a Shots fan, even though I was shredded with nerves for most of the game. Must confess to shedding a new tears when Jack nodded it in!

Got to speak to several players afterwards and I must say Tommy seems to pick intelligent and grounded lads. Also spent a while with Lewis Kinsella, what a legend he is!

Being stood in the sunshine outside the Crimea an hour after full time was special. A moment of huge decompression and just feeling pure pride at our fantastic club.

I'm adamant the angle from behind the goal doesn't tell the whole story.

If you watch as it slows down. A second or two after the initial contact of Beautymans shoulder and Theos face, you can clearly see Beautymans arm appear to Widdringtons left. Suggesting the arm/elbow was raised in a second motion.

I'd love to see it from the opposite angle. Maybe the official highlights will clear it up.

Great bit of acting when he came off as if he’d run himself into the ground, if that was true the rest should have been carried off. Well we all know he’s already in the team for Wembley, and don’t be surprised if he ain’t captain either.

Been watching ATFC since 1988. Had a quiet thought of all of the friends that are no longer with us, who would have loved to have seen ATFC at Wembley. We all talked about it for years, and most are now gone. Had a family problem recently, so a nice way to displace it.

Highlights footage will come from the other direction as the camera is in the south stand

For anyone interested in attendances although the Aldershot Town match report lists it as 1,400 away supporters the exact total was 1,417.

Here is extended footage of the red card incident with Theo looking and grinning at the camera after the red card. Top shithousery.

Video angle is inconclusive although the keeper’s body language seems to imply he is saying something like “What are you doing?” to Beautyman.

Whose footage is this I wonder? Anyway as CH says you don't see the whole thing here. Just from the wrong side and very low down, so the actual arm in question is hidden.

It’s irrelevant as to whether he used his arm or not anyway as the violent conduct law states ‘a player uses or attempts to use excessive force or brutality against a player when not challenging for the ball’. The way I see it is he has forced his shoulder towards Theo’s head so a red card is more than justified.

And anyway, Effiong caused Ellison to have a cut to the head which was a clear red card which didn’t even result in a free kick so their attempts to say the referee was a cheat are laughable and they are simply trying to make themselves feel better and detract from our win.

It wasn't excessive force. Theo definitely got a bang in the face but it came from making contact with Beautyman's shoulder as they were jostling. There was no way that the contact should have caused him to lay flat on the ground for as long as he did, and the fact that he sprung up quickly and jogged off as soon as the red card had been issued was a dead giveaway that he exaggerated the incident.

The ref isn't a cheat, but he did guess at what happened and give a red card which was the wrong thing to do. He made some ropey decisions for both sides including not taking action over the incident where Effiong left Ellison bleeding from the head.

I have to say that I was so pleased to be proved wrong by Theo yesterday when he played well, but I'm disappointed that the game has turned on his blatant sh*thousery. I've been posting here almost as long as the board is going and I'm absolutely serious when I say that my delight in us finally getting to Wembley is tarnished by being led by a horrible graceless man who builds the team around his horrible over-rated cheat of a son. I'm absolutely serious when I say that I would actually prefer to have the day out and lose, rather than have to cheer Theo and Tommy as they lift the cup.

The footage comes from someone connected to Woking. I think if proves more than anything that people will see and interpret what they want in otder to fit their agenda, especially when it comes to Theo.

Woking have posted some highlight on their channel and having watched numerous angles of the key incidents.

1) 1st half pen was correct - catches frost and doesn’t get ball.
2) 2nd half pen was correct - clearly his arm is up and it hits it - stonewall.
3) woking are crying foul in build up to our goal - for me not a foul on obrien

The only incident is the red card incident - seem ref made all big calls correctly other than maybe the red card so not sure why they are whinging!

Does it look slightly edited as well? I’m no expert but sure some people will be able to confirm.

Like I said last night, that Woking social media assistant was having a pop at Theo (“what goes around comes around mate”).
