Like a few others, I just have a feeling Frost will score. Going to go for a 2-1 win. Them scoring late to give us a horrible last 5 or 10 minutes.

It's going to be a tough game, but it will be very warm in that stadium tomorrow and fitness is likely to play a part especially later in the game. Whether or not that gives us an advantage as a full-time side, time will tell. Could well hinge on a mistake, or a piece of brilliance. Really hope it doesn't go to penalties though, they seem pretty good at them having already despatched both Boston and Rochdale by this method.
and Richard Walden puts the Shots 1-0 up against Man Utd

2-1 shots, won't be a walk in the park. I'm just happy i get to see my team at Wembley and get to have a few beers with fellow shots friends.

Staying off the alcohol until maybe celebrating back in Alton tomorrow night.
Why would ANY Shots fan want to be drunk on a day that everyone should want to enjoy and remember?
Yes I understand some people actually can have a couple of pints without getting silly or throwing a flare etc!

Like most people on here I will be spending my Sunday watching a game at a 100,000 sports stadium. Unfortunately the game I will be attending is an Aussie rules game between the teams who are 3rd bottom (Richmond - my team) and bottom of the table (West Coast).
Despite the fact these teams come from cities of around 5 million (Melbourne) and 2 million (Perth) I reckon there will be more people at Wembley!
I predict a 3-2 win with Barham scoring at least one of our goals.
Hope everyone has a great day and look forward to seeing all the photos and clips afterwards.

We should win, but like the shots our team has a lot of youngsters who can’t necessarily be depended on to produce their best every week.Aldershot wrote: ↑Sat May 10, 2025 11:58 pmHow do you reckon the Tiges will do?Melbourne Red wrote: ↑Sat May 10, 2025 10:42 pm Like most people on here I will be spending my Sunday watching a game at a 100,000 sports stadium. I’m going, as I do every year, with a mate who’s an Eagles fan - it’s funny to think that as recently as 2018 this was a game between the top two teams in the table.
Fortunately he does take a bit of interest in the shots (he’s enjoyed some of hiccup’s matchday videos that I’ve sent him) so we should be able to have a bit of Wembley chat between groaning at our respective teams’ skill errors.

Congrats on the win! I'd like to forget all about 2018 - I'm still not over Dom Sheed's goal and the non-call hold on Brayden Maynard. There have been some positive signs for Richmond this year and with the Tassie team coming in 2028, it's probably a good time to stock up on draft picks before they get a load of list concessions.Melbourne Red wrote: ↑Sun May 11, 2025 12:59 amWe should win, but like the shots our team has a lot of youngsters who can’t necessarily be depended on to produce their best every week.Aldershot wrote: ↑Sat May 10, 2025 11:58 pmHow do you reckon the Tiges will do?Melbourne Red wrote: ↑Sat May 10, 2025 10:42 pm Like most people on here I will be spending my Sunday watching a game at a 100,000 sports stadium.
