Wembley Merchandise

Post by Mick Earls Fan Club »

Now we can freely use the Wembley word, I'm hoping the club take the opportunity to get some memorable merchandise well in advance for us to buy.

I wonder if we will have a special one-off kit design like we did at Stoke.
I would rather they didn't, but just add a special inscription on the existing shirt. Hopefully we'll get to wear the red and blue in the day.

A special Wembley shirt with a very slight difference in design would sell well at £40. £15 x 2000 profit less vat should make circa 25k.
Wembley scarf, rosettes and rattles :D

The club did post on Instagram yesterday that merchandise is coming, but think it may have got lost in the excitement. Sure there will be some ideas and with the town centre welcoming a crafts and creative space, maybe there are collaboration opportunities?

Bizarre and only acceptable to buy if you're a day tripper with no affiliation.

If you go on to the shop on the website, you might get some sneak previews.

The club is going to have to get that changed though as I’m sure the front says we are playing Rochdale!

Huge marketing opportunities for the club, but to be blunt their product marketing has been appalling for many years.

Had a look at the Wembley shirts they are advertising on the online shop....it's showing 'out of stock'. Is this because it has never been in stock yet, or that they have already sold out of the initial stock?

They have 34 days from now to stock, sell and deliver. I hope somebody is onto this at 9am Monday morning

Yes. All sold out.

Didn't you hear? Some entrepreneur bought the whole lot, dozen cases, just after the 2nd final whistle. Plans to sell outside Wembley at +£20 the retail price.

Amazon do a red and blue jesters hat, I got mine when we got to the last trophy semi final. It was still in the packaging it came in until yesterday I vowed I'd never wear it until we got to Wembley.
