It seems that Abee posted some constructive criticism on here and the club took notice. Genuinely appears to be that simple?

Hi Rba Louis Fell started back in November. Going about his business under the radar, but very aware of what’s needed and even bumped into him at Altrincham as he shared the driving duties with Ian the Kitman. So he is experiencing what it’s like to be a travelling fan too.
The other good thing is how willing he is to meet the SC, listen and prepared to work us.
But communication was one of the first things he mentioned that he knew needed improving and already had the idea of video interviews with staff.
The SC work on behalf of fans but I feel you have to give credit to those at the club that implement ideas to improve things. He isn’t the sort to seek recognition, but is the man to thank in this case.
