Superb resilience today. Should have scored after 10 seconds but then were ordinary for rest of the half. Excellent second half and great to see us battling to the end.

Big thank you to the guy in the NE corner who told the extremely loud swearer to shut up. Very much appreciated. And to the swearer, there's no point coming if you're going to be like that. Go and do something you enjoy.

Woodhouse in midfield is a bit clunky but at least he moves about and wins the ball like a number 6 is supposed to, unlike You Know Who, the bald villain just like the one in Harry Potter, He Who Must Not Be Dropped.

Hargreaves was brilliant for his effort. Big shout to Jack Barham for his unselfishness which set up the winner. Armitage did very well until he came off, and thank goodness for Marcus Dewhurst.
Yes it was a foul ,but play to the whistle we stopped they carried on and scored . Other than that it was great to see the East Bank rocking .

Hugo did admit the defence still should’ve done their jobs in the box

He obviously likes shouting 😆his Father told him to leave as he didn't want trouble . The guy who told him to shut up is a character and a half  once again no steward on hand to tell the guy to tone it down .

Onside from where I was standing (North Stand, Eastbank end) more or less in a line with the penalty spot. When the initial cross was made to Barham he was onside, when he headed the ball back across to Barrett it looked like Barrett was level or fractionally behind Barham, not in front.

Considering the ‘on/off’ scenario about today’s game I thought that that was a good away following. 👏

Hartlepool have a good Southern base support group but still I presume they had a coach full that had to risk the journey.

you can't tell on DAZN, I just watched to check as at the time I was certain it was off. but the tv angles are all wrong.

See top pic below, Tyler's cross and who knows where Barham is. So impossible to tell.

BUT in the second pic the Hartlepool players are running towards goal and Barham isn't running and is apparently beyond them. But we'll never know. They all look straight to the lino after it goes in, so does Barham.

So it's very suspicious to me. I'll take it though, don't think we've had the luck for some time.
