Not there but does it have a Kevin Dillon at Dover feel?

Apart from Enbsfleet & Boston who don’t count as they’re pretty much down already, every team below Yeovil in 14th has picked up at least a point today apart from us. At this stage in the season you have to know how to scrap and win dirty. We show no sign of any desire, energy or ability to save our own skins.

Got up late today..
Game had finished
Knew by the length of the thread... that we had lost

Given the appalling state the club is in, it could well be down and outlowerbourneshot wrote: ↑Sat Feb 15, 2025 4:54 pm Regional football beckons ,part time and dwindling gates ,sad times

It depends what the notice period is in his contract.drewshotsfan wrote:TW isn't going to do the honourable thing and fall on his sword, and the club hasn't got the money to sack him

Although we want and need change he’s not going anywhere. He won’t walk away from a contract that expires in 2026 and the board won’t sack him.

Foxtrot Oscar TW and take the bairn and the support staff with you please. Shocking!

Could have gone today but didn’t.
We are very poor and 3 wins in 24 is a shambles!
Shahid tends to pull the trigger when we are in the relegation zone (maybe a clause in contract reduces compo if we sit in relegation zone). So TW will survive tonight but if we drop in (which will be soon!) he might be gone.

It feels like most times when TW says in an interview “I’ll always back us to score” we then don’t…
Going down!
But it’s fine because we’ll win the Hampshire Cup and National League Cup…

Think it will be a busy night on here tonight.

It depends what notice period is in his contract, I remember Darragh MacAnthony saying that if any lower league club gives a manager a notice period of longer than 3 months then they're stupid.Shots2000 wrote:Although we want and need change he’s not going anywhere. So he’s probably got longer than 3 months it’s us.
Anyway he won’t go anywhere. He didn’t make a change when Waddock was clearly not the answer. He won’t this time either.

Left on 90 but it's all half hearted such as the Azeem out chabts etc. Dover, everyone was disturbed including Julie Beattie. Mental scenes that day. Unfortunately, we are sleep walking our way to relegationredblueuptoyou wrote: ↑Sat Feb 15, 2025 4:55 pmNot there but does it have a Kevin Dillon at Dover feel?

Azeem is spineless.
