HSC - SEMI FINAL Draw, away to Portchester, and final venue/date

AFC Portchester v Aldershot Town
Hamble or Sholing v AFC Stoneham

I also read that the final is at AFC Totton on 15th April

Could have found a better venue for the final surely!!

Away to the holders of the competition, strangely the last time we played Tadley Calleva in the Hampshire Senior Cup in 2015/16, we were drawn away to AFC Porchester in the next round, but lost 4-0 that time.

Parking very limited at Porchester. Best to park about a mile away and walk. Final at Totton is disappointing though need to tick the ground.

Brett Pitman is at Porchester but on a dual contract with Shaftesbury

Lol! I actually went to El Creekio ( Porchester v Fareham) and over 1600 were there. Got lots of bars, too

Porchester lost to Brockenhurst early in the comp but got reinstated

Portchester is a lovely ground
Covered BarArea/Fanzone behind the goal at the end you go in
They have an inside clubhouse bar on one side
A great snack/food bar next to the clubhouse
Plus they've got a new hospitality area that has its own viewing terrace and seating (but this may be pre-booked by home fans)

It is a fair walk from Portchester station but do-able

Took a look on Google maps. I couldn't help but noticing the rather impressive amount of rubbish dumped behind the stands/fences on the eastern and southern sides of the ground. Hoping that lot's gone by now!!

Do we know when Semi is?

If the final is Tue 15th, there are only 2 available options - Tue 11 Mar or Tue 8 Apr.
8 Apr seems unlikely that we'd be playing the semi 1 week before the final?

Which leaves 11 Mar, but National League Cup have dates of 5 Mar for QF (when we're playing Dagenham) and 11 Mar for SF if we make it.
And the final is 1st Apr, when we're already at home to Fylde!

With Hants Final 15th Apr & NL Final 1st Apr, we're really struggling for dates!

And this is before the possibility of any more postponements!
