Problems

Post by redandbluescb »

1. Widds juniors shot in the last minute will convince Dad he is a great attacking midfielder.
2. The pitch will be blamed for Widds juniors passing ability.
3. Management all believe Widds is a better player than Tetek or Frost in midfield.
4. Maja will never be given a chance to show his ability.
5. Teachers pet will be offered a 2 year contract in the next couple of months.

Yes there are problems on the pitch but should we be more worried off it. I'm surprised we don't here anything vocal from the supporters group. Hopefully we can win on Saturday and everything will be honky dorey again

The supporters club is independent. I think the issue here is the common belief by those in the know, that the supporters club was pushed by the Chairman and senior employees of the football club - a systamatic divide and rule tactic.

They certainly have some good people on the committee inc Ian Barnett ex ShotsTrust chairman.

Last minutes published were a year ago and last update 9 months ago, so a website update would be advisable to stop the negativity towards a well meaning group of people. You have the prominence of a bar at the top of the main club website please use it to maximum effect and thanks for your continued effort in keeping a supporters group going.

Hi Brian - there are indeed good people on the Supporters Club - loyal Shots fans - busy people who give their spare time and effort often under the radar. Just to clarify though that I resigned last year as I could not afford sufficient time to make a meaningful contribution.
Cheers
Ian
