Bray out on loan
Bray out on loan
Weston-super-Mare for a month
Re: Bray out on loan
That’s a 5th player going out on loan.
Hopefully we are planning to bring in a big signing.
He’ll enjoy warming the bench alongside Stuttle!

That's actually great news. Ollie has been on the injury table for a long time so it's encouraging to see that he's ready to return to action. Given his situation in recent months, a loan is exactly what's needed.

Re: Bray out on loan
Bray and Maja on short loans seems they are more likely to be in our future plans but need minutes are both have had long lay offs. Byrd being sent out until season's end when he's been fit makes it look like he won't be offered a new deal, makes it look like he's the scapegoat for our defensive issues.chimpster99 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 15, 2025 11:36 am That's actually great news. Re: Bray out on loan
Is there some kind of financial crisis at the Club ... shipping players out but no real strengthening of the team. However our squad has been bloated all season we must have wasted thousands on players that have no chance of making the starting X1
and Richard Walden puts the Shots 1-0 up against Man Utd

Our squad has quite a few of those types, no idea why we bother; where is the financial return?Weybourne Shot wrote: ↑Wed Jan 15, 2025 1:14 pm Is there some kind of financial crisis at the Club ... shipping players out but no real strengthening of the team. Will the last one out turn off the lights.
Our squad is a real mess at the moment, a real lack of any quality and nothing coming in that has improved us. When we do get one in that looks like he might have something about him (Stuttle) we don't play him.

Re: Bray out on loan
Are we able to loan out some of our management team, it won't be long before we have more of them than players.
Re: Bray out on loan
I hope Ollie Bray can help get Weston’s season back on track. They were flying up to the end of November (when they beat Farnborough 4-3) but since then the goals have dried up scoring only 3 times in their last 8. They’re desperate for a goal scorer so it’ll be interesting to see how Bray gets on.
