Unfortunately we’re just not a good football team. Only 4 or 5 players in this squad of any sort of real quality.

Should he be? Let’s hope he’s healthy enough to properly return to work.Weybourne Shot wrote: ↑Tue Jan 14, 2025 9:33 pm TW is back in the dugout for the closing stages .....

Hopefully to collect his belongings and clear his desk. He's been running this team from the background for weeks. At a human level, it's great to see that he is well on the road to recovery, but as a manager he needs to goWeybourne Shot wrote: ↑Tue Jan 14, 2025 9:33 pm TW is back in the dugout for the closing stages .....
Aldershot supporter for over 50 years, so nothing surprises me anymore

No one in control on the touchline. No sign of TW then he strolls down and starts waving his arms about and shouting. Players must wonder the hells going on.Weybourne Shot wrote: ↑Tue Jan 14, 2025 9:33 pm TW is back in the dugout for the closing stages .....

God knows what's going on some kind of statement from.the Club would be nice. Is it just me that is rapidly losing faith in the whole set up from the top down

Agree. If he's off sick he shouldn't be anywhere near the club.Weybourne Shot wrote: ↑Tue Jan 14, 2025 9:41 pm God knows what's going on some kind of statement from.thr Club would be nice. Is it just me that is rapidly losing faith in the whole set up
Club statement needed, preferably giving him the sack

It’s not a rarity.
And I don’t think he can be blamed for what sounds like an abject display.

Club feels out of control and very like Waddock’s last season. The decisions being made are absolutely bizarre. Too many draws alongside the numerous defeats and were only heading one way. Change needed before it’s too late.
