I’m waiting for his new contract to be announced btw this isn’t me knowing he has a new deal but daddy isn’t going to make his own son unemployed.

Do we? How much has Jenkins played this season?redandbluescb wrote: ↑Tue Jan 14, 2025 4:21 pm We still have Jenkins,Maghoma,Ellison,Armitige,Scott and Jones.

Not happy , I liked Lachie’s attitude and 100% application. IMO good enough for this level IF accompanied by decent teammates. Can’t comment on the other lads, wish them luck on development. We shall see..

I think Effiong kept him busy and he gave away a needless penalty. How many points has he cost us since he returned end of last season?Alex wrote: ↑Tue Jan 14, 2025 3:54 pmLove all the different opinions!Silasgoldeen wrote: ↑Tue Jan 14, 2025 3:51 pm Maghoma has his uses. He's controlled big men quite well this year. but yeah, he shouldn't be a starter by default. I'd be perfectly happy with Jones/Ellison/Scott for ordinary opponents.
I think Maghoma has had a poor season so far, and disagree with others saying he kept Effiong quiet.

Not so sure about that. I think Jenkins is still injured and Scott and Aaron Jones are better off as wing backs rather than part of a 3.redandbluescb wrote: ↑Tue Jan 14, 2025 4:21 pm We still have Jenkins,Maghoma,Ellison,Armitige,Scott and Jones.

Not forgetting his FA Cup performances, mainly assaulting a Bath City forward and scoring a ridiculous OG at Bradford.Triggers Broom wrote: ↑Tue Jan 14, 2025 5:31 pmI think Effiong kept him busy and he gave away a needless penalty. I think if you wanted at least one hard nut in the back three I would pick Byrd ahead of Maghoma. His game is mostly feisty tackles and hack it and whack it away, but he doesn't seem to have Maghoma's propensity for a game-changing error.
Re: Byrd gone out on loan
Regarding the loan of Billy Walsh and Laclan Byrd, the tone of the official management notice, ststes good luck to both players. It sounds too me that the management are getting rid hopefully getting a permanent transfer!!!!

I'd pick Bryd over the disaster, Maghoma anyday.
