Yes, I am very confident they will.

Apparently we should email admin@theshots.co.uk

Having been very critical of the club over their communication re the postponement, I have just had a very quick reply confirming the refund is being processed so must give credit where it’s due.

Hope the game is re-arranged before early Feb as I will be out of the UK for a bit (will be back for the end of the Season). However, I won’t seek a refund if it does, and the Club can keep the money.

I’m usually magnanimous in my dealings with the club, in that I automatically renewed my season ticket for many years, knowing full well that I would miss a number of games most years. The last couple of seasons I’ve used the early-bird cheapo ticket, as I did on Saturday.
Like most folk, I was well peeved at the debacle on match day, cursed, and vowed to get a refund. Now in the cool light of day, I’m not so sure, even though it’s unlikely I can attend an evening match.

Shots Fired what did you do to get a refund ? Or If someone else can tell me what the best way to go about it, I've never had to ask for a refund for a cancelled game.
Is it just the matter of emailing the club or?
I Would normally be able to hold on to the ticket and go to the game but due to personal reasons there could be a chance by the time the rescheduled game comes I might not be able with it more likely being on a Tuesday night in the near future.
Don't want to keep this ticket knowing I might not be able to attend next time.

Question does anyone know I'm a season ticket holder . If we have an all ticket game does our ticket supplier have a loyalty scheme ? Say for instance we got to a trophy semi final and tickets were at a premium for an away game . I know as an St holder I'd be ok . I noticed when I bought a ticket for the trophy game it said 3 tickets purchased this season.
