Re: Refunds
Bit annoying that the site still sold tickets when I purchased mine at 2pm.. half an hour after called off. probably asking to much for a third party outsourced site to be that clever in the digital world. Ai not that intelligent lol..
I read somewhere that the bought ticket is still ok for the eventual fixture but to be honest with things a bit tight id rather switch it to Tuesdays game ,I'm sure this is possible.. ?

Re: Refunds
I take it they are certain you can make the rearranged game. As I said in an earlier post the club is very amateur.Reg's corner wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2025 8:05 pm Bit annoying that the site still sold tickets when I purchased mine at 2pm.. half an hour after called off. probably asking to much for a third party outsourced site to be that clever in the digital world. Re: Refunds
Better be an option for a refund.
Or like Reg has said if there's a way it can be transferred to this Tuesdays game as i haven't paid for Tuesdays game yet.
I was one of those who got my ticket at 1:20pm in the pub as I thought it was pretty safe to purchase one by how things were being described up to that point on social media, if only I heald of 10 minutes more .
The right thing from the club with how things were handled is to get refunds out ASAP or allow transfer to this Tuesdays game as an option.
I do not want to be holding onto this ticket now for a rescheduled game that I might not be able to make.

Just to confirm, you were sold a ticket to something that no longer exists? Sounds criminal to me.Reg's corner wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2025 8:05 pm Bit annoying that the site still sold tickets when I purchased mine at 2pm.. half an hour after called off. probably asking to much for a third party outsourced site to be that clever in the digital world. Er yes well didn't look it at like that.. that's outsourcing for you.. our whole lives are outsourced.. NHS , care services, council contracts .. when you ring helplines company's have no clue what the procedures are. And hey presto I was sold a ticket for something that had been cancelled 45 mins earlier..
I'm sure I can transfer to another fixture (ie Tues) as also I'm not certain I can make the alternative solihill date. And I suppose I should get early bird price..!

Re: Refunds
Game called off 1 30 why would you even buy a ticket ticket at 2pm if you was in a pub you would of heard rumours of a p pReg's corner wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2025 10:07 pm Er yes well didn't look it at like that.. that's outsourcing for you.. our whole lives are outsourced.. Re: Refunds
I suspect Reg followed the club's confident advice and perhaps wasn't in the pub
Re: Refunds
I'm sure the club will be issuing a news item regarding the refund on tickets bought on the official website after the game had been postponed very soon!
Re: Refunds
Pretty sure you are wrong, HJ. It will be covered by terms and conditions. In effect, Reg was buying a ticket for the rearranged game.HackJowarth wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2025 9:16 pmJust to confirm, you were sold a ticket to something that no longer exists? As long as that was made abundantly clear then no problem.Old Bob wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2025 11:30 amPretty sure you are wrong, HJ. It will be covered by terms and conditions. Re: Refunds
Checking all day Friday as most people did. Every update was confident. It was definitely game on. I popped out sat am for run and bit of shopping . Once back at home I checked again around 1pm. All ok. Lunch ,shower then bought my ticket just before leaving. So yeah ,I was tricked and done up like a kipper!A.T.F.C 92 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2025 8:34 amGame called off 1 30 why would you even buy a ticket ticket at 2pm if you was in a pub you would of heard rumours of a p pReg's corner wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2025 10:07 pm Er yes well didn't look it at like that.. that's outsourcing for you.. our whole lives are outsourced..
