This afternoon's fixture with @solihullmoors has been called off.
Today's Referee has turned up and after inspecting the pitch, has made the decision to postpone todays game with a section of the pitch in front of the South Stand still frozen.

Maybe the club shouldn’t have been boasting all morning and yesterday on social media that the game was going to be on.

To be fair it has happened to us loads of times in the past and much further away than Solihull is to us

Should hardly be a surprise that the area in front of the South Stand would take longer to thaw out especially with the temperatures last night.

Literally anyone that’s supported this club for a while knows it NEVER thaws in front of the South Stand. It’s why I’ve been amazed at the confident statements put out by the club.

The area in front of the South stand is historically a problem.
Some of us with long memories will have been feeling uneasy about the club’s blasé attitude. Those who ignore history are doomed to relive it.
