Still not working it's embarrassing, lucky it's not a big game . I mean which club would use a ticket company that doesn't even register its season ticket holders ?Sean Chambers wrote: ↑Thu Nov 21, 2024 7:10 amJust tried it again and still unable to purchase tickets.lowerbourneshot wrote: ↑Wed Nov 20, 2024 1:45 pmA technical glitch on the season ticket priority ,just like the last lot we used

Come on Fanbase, get your act together!
So frustrating when one wishes to pay a company money. Even more so if you're a season ticket holder trying to buy your seat ticket.

This is the reply I received back from them earlier this morning.
Hi Sean,
We are aware of a bug that is affecting priority access and are working on a fix.
Thanks,

I would think if it’s not up and running today then club might have to change the date for the tickets going on General Sale.

No club can EVER be a "Proper club" if they did not exist in the Football League before 1977.Richard Petty wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2024 4:24 pmThey are a proper football club (Now) and have actually done quite well with 4 promotions in the 6 or 7 years since they entered a team into Non League. They were originally a You Tube club that toured around the world providing celebrity matches but then they got interest from an ex Chelsea player who invested in them and they then joined down in the low levels of non league. They are now in the Isthmian PremierPeter macdonald wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2024 10:35 amIt’s probably some pathetic internet club that basically needs to cease to exist

No doubt you chose 1977 as your cut-off because that's when Wimbledon were elected to replace Workington. But why?Accurate Shot wrote: ↑Thu Nov 21, 2024 8:32 pmNo club can EVER be a "Proper club" if they did not exist in the Football League before 1977.Richard Petty wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2024 4:24 pmThey are a proper football club (Now) and have actually done quite well with 4 promotions in the 6 or 7 years since they entered a team into Non League. You should do the lottery numbers as you clearly have a special gift of being able to see into the future.

Hashtag United are one of the top two or three most viewed non-league sides online, and have driven a serious revenue line through doing so. To their credit they also run women's and youth sections, from memory the women are Step Three. Given the increasing monetisation of women's football, and the big financial step up from mens step two to three, it's possible both teams have topped out at their current level.Accurate Shot wrote: ↑Thu Nov 21, 2024 8:32 pmNo club can EVER be a "Proper club" if they did not exist in the Football League before 1977.Richard Petty wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2024 4:24 pmThey are a proper football club (Now) and have actually done quite well with 4 promotions in the 6 or 7 years since they entered a team into Non League. The world is changing. Whether we view it as for the better is ultimately irrelevant to football clubs, who need to move with the times and exploit the new revenue possibilities as the like of Hashtag and SEDons do. They have proven it can be done in non-league.
How many people spotted The Sidemen sold out Wembley for a charity match inside three hours, with 140k queueing for tickets when it sold out, this week? Throw in the known stats about changing consumption models for sport for the younger generations, and clubs who just plod on the tried and trusted ( and frankly failing) manner risk a seriously nasty surprise.
I'm old enough to be totally bemused by Hashtag but accept they have much to teach many other clubs. I'm not suggesting more traditional clubs move all but fully on line, as Hashtag have, but they need to look at integrating some of the learnings into into their business model.
Unless the Premier League can be persuaded to dish out more of its TV money, it's clear lower level TV revenues are only going to decline. Why wouldn't you want to learn from Hashtag, who are believed to earn more revenue from as live broadcasts of Saturday matches - shown after the blackout period expires - than at the gate? Is that really a revenue stream clubs can dismiss as pathetic internet rubbish? The state of most Conference clubs accounts suggests not.

Don't Roger.... Sense of reason but some people are stuck in the "good ole days".
Most people on here can't even get their heads around online ticketing. So definitely won't get the value of tiktok accounts or Youtube and the income stream that can generate.
Most people can't understand the value of peoples data and how it is used and how it can be used (or sold to the highest bidder! ).

Great post Roger and bang on the money.
