Well spotted Birdman, the article is the same one that was in the other thread (it was the Gateshead match thread) but back then it was saying they were close to agreement its now been updated (see second date 19th) to confirm they have reached agreement.
So Gateshead can now get promoted if they acheive the play offs.

I still feel something isn't right here. If Gateshead make it to Wembley in the playoff final and play in front of thousands and thousands of empty red seats, surely that's akin to home advantage? Hardly fair on the opposition.
