I heard that shahid couldn’t put a fag paper between the final 3. To decide the successful candidate, he decided to make them sit through a thirty minute recording of Richard Petty jokes to see who held out the longest, he nailed it after 2 minutes and 45 seconds
In my humble opinion..Just saying

Re: New club secretary
Welcome Louis, hope you enjoy being part of the Shots family.
I am sure I speak for many on here when I also add a big thank you to Bob Green for stepping back into the role on a temporary basis after Matt Wigman left and while recruitment took place. Its a massively important role that Bob did really well for many years from our time in the EFL and later back in the National League and his love for the club meant that he was willing to take it all back on again for what turned out to be quite a while.

Re: New club secretary
I'd echo Richard Petty's comments about Bob Green.
A big thank you and welcome Louis.

Re: New club secretary
Background in communications, seems a lot more than Club Secretary. This has all the hallmarks of a Tommy Widdrington recruitment.
Look forward to a bit more information from the club making a break for freedom!

Re: New club secretary
The role of club secretary although obviously a critical part of the football administration is a general staff admin role and not in any way connected to Tommy's coaching staff Tommy will not have had any involvement in the recruitment process.
As for your hope for information "making a break for freedom" you must have missed it but the club have already done a piece on him
