Dean was at Brentwood for 5 months in 2015 (including 2+ months of close season) as Director of Football. Left for 'business reasons' as his interest in buying Bolton ramped up as part of a consortium - nothing whatsoever to do with their mediocre form at at time...

We could also win the Hants Cup.

The old saying goes "You can please some of the people some of the time, but you will never please all the people all the time." In fact sometimes it seems impossible to even please some of the people any of the time

Definition of Pessimism: Pessimistic describes the state of mind of someone who always expects the worst. A pessimistic attitude isn't very hopeful, shows little optimism, and can be a downer for everyone else.

As a season ticket holder, I'd love to buy a ticket....when the technical glitch is remedied by Fanbase.
Re: FA Trophy draw today
That seems to be your personal definition of pessimism, WB. It isn't a definition that you will find in any reputable dictionary or thesaurus (with apologies for that last word to those of a nervous disposition who take any hint of Latin as an attempt to browbeat them into intellectual submission).Weybourne Shot wrote: ↑Wed Nov 20, 2024 1:58 pmDefinition of Pessimism: Pessimistic describes the state of mind of someone who always expects the worst. Reputable sources tend not to use words like "downer" in a definition
