I’m also baffled by his comment about us being brilliant between both boxes.

Really Tommy?

Hargreaves and Theo are superb aren’t they!

🤦🏻‍♂️
I don’t think he is referring to particular players, I think he’s saying we’ve played reasonably well but for our poor finishing and defending. So, everything that happens in the two boxes, generally defending our own and scoring when in the opposition’s, has been poor but otherwise we’ve done some good stuff.

Highlighting the need for a striker and a defender.

I don’t think even Tommy could say Theo has covered himself in glory this season. Lack of options means he always plays. Get some others properly fit and I can’t see Theo being a first choice.

Theo would not be dropped if we signed Curtis Jones.

All very strange. But Tommy is acting as though he is very very comfortable with his situation at present. Perhaps he knows something we do not.

DID YOU KNOW?

If all the non attending of games that Post on here, were to enter the £2 a week IN WITH A SHOT game, we would have a new centre forward before you know it. AND they could feel it legitimate to have their groans listened to with a tadge of sympathy ....... not sure of that bit.

What is your obsession about those that don't attend games. Can I ask if you go every week, if you don't please give it a rest.

I do not know what TW is thinking and certainly do not expect to know.

On the unpopular positive side of thinking, I am sure that we will certainly know when there is good news to report.

I’m of the view that Dr Jim is referring to those individuals who live within an acceptable distance of The Rec but no longer bother to attend games. I also believe that Dr Jim lives a fair distance away but attends as often as he can. He can confirm that if he wishes to.
