MATCHDAY THREAD - Gateshead vs ATFC - Sat 16th 3pm KO
Re: MATCHDAY THREAD - Gateshead vs ATFC - Sat 16th 3pm KO
It’s going to cost them a lot more with reduced attendances and lower season ticket sales next season if they don’t get rid!

I saw the shots for the first time last week. I don't like criticising players, but thought Maghoma was absolute dross. He gave most passes away, lost possession numerous times, and has to stop everytime he gets the ball, to think about where to put it. By that time he's been dispossessed. How he can be in the team today is mind boggling.

he's on a deal until 2026 isn't he? This always happens.
If we attack these lot and go for it we can get something.

Lots of half hearted closing down and very few tackles in that first half by our team ... are they trying to prove a point to the Captain/Manager/Club?

Now 2 places above the relegation zone, if we don’t turn this around today and Braintree win, we are one place above !!!!!
Are people still thinking we are not in a relegation fight ?!?
Apart from a couple of games this season at the beginning, we’ve looked like nothing but relegation candidates!! I think we are now 5 wins in 30 games in the league since our play off flop, something is seriously wrong !

Someone said earlier in the week about not being able to afford to sack him and I said then no club would hang on to a manager solely due to cost of a payoff as the cost will always be balanced against the loss of revenue if a team continues to underperform.Harlow Massive wrote: ↑Sat Nov 16, 2024 3:57 pmI agree adzy!
The old saying goes "You can please some of the people some of the time, but you will never please all the people all the time." In fact sometimes it seems impossible to even please some of the people any of the time
