Booooring, wake up for Christ sake, we’re not very good at the moment
No Pete (and Harlow Massive) we definitely aren’t, but the total defeatist and negative attitude displayed on here before a ball is even kicked is really grating and does not help anything, It could equally as much be described as “Boooring.”
Sorry Tim but 11 years of shiteness with the odd year or 2 of being good is starting to thoroughly really annoy me know
Can’t deny it (and again referring to Harlow Massives’ comment), but there is a perceived underlying of expectation (and resignation?) that failure is inevitable. Hence why I say “ Not sure why we bother?”

It is, though, quite clear, we do.

I have said it before, I don’t believe that “Rose tinted glasses is the right approach, but neither is looking at things through a “glass of mud” either.

We all have choices Tim, we go because we are fans, you shouldn't be surprised by the comments you read on here, lets be honest we are being served a pretty poor dogs dinner at the moment.

The comments don’t surprise me and there is some justification for them, BUT some seem to be going into everything with a negative starting point and almost a subliminal hope that it will become a self fulfilling prophecy. Maybe it will, but maybe it won’t, but some have already judged.

By the way, I will be there tomorrow (or today actually).

For what it is worth, the results aren’t much, but we do have really exciting good football being played week in week out

Today is a MUST WIN!

Tommy can continue questioning supporters in his interviews and keep saying “we know what we are doing and know what we are trying to achieve” but performances and results matter the most.

So, I predict Maghoma and Theo will both start and a dull 1-1 draw from two poor teams. Hope I’m wrong! Yes I will actually be at the game…

After last season this season should have been full of positivity with us kicking on….Unfortunately as we’ve seen before the BOD/Manager haven’t been able to use that momentum to our advantage.

I have to admit, this was a point of view I wasn’t expecting.

12.30 is the most idiotic of all k/o times. I can cope with 4.30pm k/o's-I remember we k/o'd at that time v Watford in 1974-can't remember why-maybe the Grand National ?-5.30 I can just about cope with ,with all else beyond ok. But 12.30? You'd have to be getting ready/planning your trip NOW (8.55am) if you want to go-Raiders would have to be picking up mates in their cars! Then from about 2.45/game over you're at a loose end-this being the time you'd normally be anticipating the afternoons game!
Why in the NL ? Can see it affecting attendance to day. I'll go for 1975 in attendance with rumours they're going to buy the club :D

Did you manage to catch the recent home games against Rochdale, York, Barnet & Southend?

That's a sensible suggestion.

Earlier in the season when we weren't playing them together I was one of those wishing TW would play them together as I thought the obvious individual skill levels plus experience would have the makings of a good partnership but now I think I was wrong, it isn't working. For some reason I can't work out Barrett no longer gets into the goal scoring positions that he was when Henry is on at the same time and they have certainly not built up any sort of partnership.
The old saying goes "You can please some of the people some of the time, but you will never please all the people all the time." In fact sometimes it seems impossible to even please some of the people any of the time

Quite agree, I would go as far to say any KO other than 3pm on a Saturday is nonsense for non league football. Unfortunately, even us little people in the lower leagues, have to bow to the TV companies & put up with it.
:D In my humble opinion..Just saying

That's quite a statement coming from someone who is usually content to take a draw.
