The first of 3 home games on the spin at a time hard working people are having their pants pulled down. Those figures will become the norm as disposable income becomes less and less.

Re: Kwame Returns !
He certainly offers something different and dare I say, better than what we've got on the bench already.
Hope he can make an impact.

I'd beg to differ. We play them again soon, so of course it'll be of interest.

Can't fault that second half performance. Lads dug in and played some great stuff. 2 points in the last 2 games would have been a poor return against the teams we played. 4 points is acceptable.

New Ground
Let's stop talking about the new ground and the signing of the lease for now, most of us on here think it is still some way off ever happening but if Shahid gets it over the line he'll go down in history forever.

I also fully expect plans to be approved without proper consultation too. Communication will be the first to dry up (as seen) then once contracts have been signed we'll be told the process alongside a timeline for what and when. As customers, we'll just have to accept it

I was walking past a prison the other day when I saw a rope come over the prison wall. Within minutes a dwarf followed and began abseiling down the rope.

Re: Constructive ideas for Ground Development
How about a statue of our wonderful chairman, Mr Azeem, to celebrate the brilliant job he has done. It can be built on the managers who have fallen under his stewardship so he stands high above the stadium.
After all, none of this would be possible with his superb leadership.

Re: Constructive ideas for Ground Development
Yes, sadly there have been times in the past (granted this was pre Azeem) where I had tried to liaise with the club with regards to organising events and they all ended up as non starters for one reason or another. In the end I stopped trying as it was always met with such resistance. In more recent...

Re: Constructive ideas for Ground Development
Rusty, I really am not sure what you are on sometimes, but I have come to the conclusion you are as mad as a box of frogs. Anyway, you seem intent on someone challenging your 5 points, which by the way, are not all factual and in most cases just opinion. Fact is that; (1) before the current ground s...

Re: Constructive ideas for Ground Development
If we are going to knock the east bank down anyway rebuild it at the high street end . It’s the fans that make the atmosphere not a stand falling to pieces . We need to look forwards not backwards for a change I hope people will not have a go at you as your suggestion is on paper a sensible one and...
