Re: 'B' team for Fylde on Tues' ?
Will Tommy be putting out our 'B' team v Fylde on Tuesday to keep our first team players injury free for the Trophy Semi. If we do field our 'B' team other team in the relegation scrap will not be best pleased if we appear to be gifting Fylde the three points. Well actually, if we win at Rochdale w...

Interesting.. added dimension from the bench, effective against tiring CBs. Welcome back, Kwame.

Re: Wealdstone 1-3 Aldershot Town - Tuesday 25th March 2025 (MatchNight Thread)
Great result. I did the team a disservice by expecting a desperate Wealdstone to want it more than us, but what do I know. Well done all.

Re: Wealdstone v Aldershot Town - Tuesday 25th March 2025 (MatchNight Thread)
Tonight is all about which team wants it most. Wealdstone are a bit more desperate than us, which may well tip the balance. My confidence in our back 3 foundered on the Ebbsfleet rocks on Saturday. 2-1 ‘Stones.

Re: Widds Jr.
Just gone online to find yet another thread about Jnr.
Surely this topic is exhausted, anyone with an opinion will have aired it by now ( several times).
And don’t tell me I haven’t got to read it…that’s not the point, surely..
Come on, people.

Re: Constructive ideas for Ground Development
No news is good news as far as I’m concerned. For me, the only fly in the ointment is the absence of non-match day income, which would be remedied by ground redevelopment….Oh, wait a minute..

Re: Constructive ideas for Ground Development
Yeah, the HSE has tremendous potential, a hotel was originally scheduled for this site, as we know, and there is room to utilise the natural slope to accommodate all manner of assets, all under a nice stand. Whether the budget will stretch is another matter, but putting everyday facilities at the fr...

Re: Constructive ideas for Ground Development
I agree that if they wanted to then they could do the development themselves and then lease it to the football club once completed but why would they want to when its easier to just lease all the land and say "If you want it go and do it" plus if they did the development and built the sta...

Re: Constructive ideas for Ground Development
No I don’t recall RBC being invited to become partners and rejecting the idea Richard. What I’m saying is RBC don’t need partners to do any of this, least of all with the owners of this football club. I agree that if they wanted to then they could do the development themselves and then lease it to ...

Re: Constructive ideas for Ground Development
That's fair enough Richard and I totally understand that, but considering there is likely to be over 4000 at the ground tomorrow, would it not be a health and safety issue with the limited space available at the front, with both home and away fans mixing? Thats a fair comment margateshot and in my ...
