Re: Waving the white flag
I fail to understand just why our fans cannot understand that we are where we are. Yes frustrating but no point angering your heart and stress it out. Here, here, well said Dr Jim. All this frothing at the mouth And Impatient wailing. Not good for the heart. Or peace of mind. Sit back. Allow the ma...

Re: Waving the white flag
Will the chairman actually hold his hands up and say there is going to be no ground development, no EFL football and we will still have heavy debts in 2026? At the moment he's heading for complete and utter failure on all counts. Or are we all meant to forget he ever said it? I think that might be ...

Re: Waving the white flag
TW has made loads of mistakes that I've highlighted elsewhere but I'll repeat what I say every time a manager is under pressure: every manager struggles under Azeem and a new manager is unlikely to make a massive difference. Anyway, I'm sure the chairman's targets are going well? Was one of them to...

Re: Aldershot Town v Wealdstone - Saturday 9th November 2024 (Match Day Thread)
Not sure why we bother. Seems the spiral of doom, gloom and catastrophic disaster is well established here today. 🥺 Booooring, wake up for Christ sake, we’re not very good at the moment No Pete (and Harlow Massive) we definitely aren’t, but the total defeatist and negative attitude displayed on her...

Re: Constructive ideas for Ground Development
Until the new rd is sorted for the new housing at back of the ground nothing can be started on the rebuild of ground . Sorry, unless I've missed it, has the club issued a communication to this effect? Just asking....... Yes they have a number of times though to be accurate its actually the housing ...

Re: Constructive ideas for Ground Development
Go for it! 👌 I suspect any parking built in would be for residents only I don't think they are suggesting using the residential parking, I might be wrong but I think the suggestion of building flats rather than houses from scorp and WTF is that building vertically rather than horizontally would mea...

Re: Constructive ideas for Ground Development
Assuming everything is going forwards, it seems like the East Bank will be demolished first to make way for the new houses needed to finance the whole project. This will reduce capacity at the EBB considerably, perhaps even reduce it by half to 3,500 ? If the club continue to perform on the pitch, ...
